Week 1 - Brainstorm

Our prompt for this project is to create a mock-ad for a LUXE item.

TEAM CARTIER - IDEATION

For this team, we decided to choose a Cartier Bracelet.

We’re incorporating the LED Volume by putting them into a ballroom and dancing. Which would be incredibly difficult on a traditional green screen. Or finding an actual ballroom to shoot in.

Team Bouge - ideation

For this team, we decided to choose a Louboutin red bottom heel.

We decided to incorporate the LED Volume to get the paparazzi flash reflections onto our Actress, especially the heels. We’re also planning on it being golden hour which makes the LED Volume a perfect technique for our lighting.

Watch

Our group was exploring the idea of a watch commercial. There is a lot of potential with this idea however it may not be easy incorporating the LED Stage.

I love the idea of the watch getting “magically“ put together and a character wearing it at the end.

The beginning of this video shows that well.

Speaker

We could play with the idea of a portable speaker by changing the environment of where it’s being played in the LED Volume Stage.

For example, it could go from someone’s room to a park, mountain, party, backyard barbeque, and then back to their room.

The speaker could bring the viewer into that environment being played on tv.
